At here, we strive to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services.

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service booked.
  • Refunds may not apply to services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@flytravel.pk.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your booking within the allowed cancellation period (varies by service).
  • The service you booked is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • There is an error on our part affecting your booking.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees.
  • Haj and Umrah package deposits after confirmation.
  • Last-minute bookings or cancellations outside the refund period.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Partial Refunds

For partially used services, a prorated refund may be provided, depending on the specific service terms.

Cancellation Fees

  • A cancellation fee may apply, based on the type of service and the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Third-Party Refunds

For services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels), refunds will be processed according to their policies. Fly Travels will assist you in contacting the supplier.
